It’s confirmed that you are addicted to gambling. Now you need to control yourself so that you don’t loose all your money in gambling. It adversely affects your life and health too. Try to avoid yourself from playing much and restrict it to once in a week in the beginning and slowly reduce it to once in a month.

Every online casino that I know of has a self-exclude feature so if you go into live chat or phone them and ask them to permanently close your account they will do it.

One thing a lot of them do is ask if you’d like a “cool-off” period instead. Don’t choose that if you’re seriously addicted; just tell them you have a gambling problem and you’d like a permanent closure. All of the ethical sites will never open your account again. I asked Paradise8 Casino to close my account maybe a year ago (?) permanently because I was too addicted to their slots and they did. I tried to get them to re-open again a few months ago and they wouldn’t do it because of my earlier request. Reputable casinos and bingo halls will all do this.

Yea, you’re addicted alright.You’ve got to ask yourself this question: “is gambling adversely affecting your life and were you happier without it?” If gambling hasn’t yet made you miserable enough to stop yet, don’t worry. It will eventually. Think about your past and future ruined relationships with loved ones … family and friends. It’s sure to happen. You can “bet” on it.

You’ve got a sickness. Psychiatrists have classified it as a disease similar to alcoholism.

There are many Gambler Anonymous groups that meet regularly to help each other with their problem. It is fairly effective. Believe it or not, not all of the members are losers. Many mebers are quite cool and successful today because they quit gambling “one day at a time”.

What have you got to lose? More money and the guilt/anxiety you already suffer from as a consequence to you gambling?

You might be able to exclude yourself through the casino but like you said you signed on to over 30 of them. Maybe you do need to cut the internet out of the equation

I know that for online poker sites, you can ‘self exclude’ yourself for different amounts of time. A week, 30 days, 6 months, etc

Check and see if these sites you are using also offer this. Once you do it, you wont be able to play
